Vicki Lai is a Senior Consultant at Kantar Futures Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Vicki manages projects across Asia Pacific. Energised by change, she future-proofs brands and inspires clients to identify and drive growth. Her work involves translating macro shifts, category trends and consumer needs into tangible innovations for brands. As knowledge lead of China, she is also keenly in touch with what’s happening now and next in China.
Prior to joining Kantar Futures, Vicki was a brand strategist at Interbrand. She devised brand creation and management strategies to deliver positive brand impact for SME and MNC clients across diverse industries including financial institutions, retail and consumer goods.
Vicki holds a BBM in Marketing and BSocSc in Psychology from Singapore Management University.
